Truly I Say, This Is Disasterpiece

The Law Is Always Just

This evening on my way home from SDW,
tripped over a gigantic pile of horse apples
from a proud downtown mounted cop

That same cop, on First and Union, wrote
a bent old man a ticket
for failing to bag up a steaming pile
of his Cocker Spaniel's crap.

Why doesn't the strong arm of the government
have to clean up its own shit?

  1. I noticed that the people with the horse-drawn carts have to have a bag for their horse's shit, but the SPD on horseback do not. Definitely an unfair law.

  2. Fortunately, horseshit doesn't smell as bad as dog shit does and it makes a better fertilizer too. Maybe that is what they figure.
